We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gresik, East Java.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of all hardware and software assets within the organization. This includes overseeing procurement, receiving, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning of IT assets. You will ensure strict compliance with software licensing agreements, maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset database (CMDB), and generate insightful reports to aid in budget forecasting and strategic planning. Your efforts will be instrumental in minimizing risks, reducing costs, and maximizing the value derived from our technology investments.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 1 year of proven experience in IT asset management, IT inventory, or a closely related role. You are a resident of Gresik or the surrounding areas (Surabaya, Lamongan), have strong analytical skills, and are proficient in using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, OCS Inventory). You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. A background in IT or Computer Science is highly preferred.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, tracking, and disposal.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive IT asset register and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Ensure strict compliance with software licensing agreements and manage timely software renewals and true-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for the procurement of IT equipment and warranty management processes.
- Conduct regular physical and digital audits of IT assets to reconcile records and ensure data integrity.
- Generate detailed analytical reports on asset utilization, costs, and lifecycle status to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop, document, and enforce IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of IT budgets by providing accurate asset depreciation forecasts and refresh cycle recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in IT Asset Management, IT Inventory, or IT Logistics.
- Must reside in Gresik, East Java, or be willing to relocate to the Gresik area.
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
- Proficiency in asset management tools and databases (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, OCS Inventory) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
