Join Syarikat Yoong Onn's dynamic IT team as an IT Assistant and play a pivotal role in maintaining our technological infrastructure. Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across our head office and multiple outlets. This position offers hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, software inventory management, and on-site technical support. You'll troubleshoot POS systems, perform regular site visits, and collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technology solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update IT hardware/software inventory for Head Office and all outlets
- Perform regular outlet visits for POS hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in system installations, configurations, and network administration
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across locations
- Monitor IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Document IT assets, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and technology implementations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or hardware maintenance
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail technology
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
