Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring rapid resolution of IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity problems.
  • Install, configure, and deploy new software applications and operating systems as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and helpdesk ticket history.
  • Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining the security of company data and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all IT equipment complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
  • Familiarity with hardware components and basic networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a patient, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
