Tanggung Jawab
- Provide desktop and hardware support including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Assist with system upgrades, security patches, and backup procedures
- Document IT processes, inventory, and incident reports

- Monitor system performance and resolve technical escalations

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in technical support or IT operations
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
