Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and retail POS infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across departments
- Monitor system performance and security protocols to ensure optimal IT operations
- Collaborate with IT superiors on technology implementations and system upgrades
- Document IT procedures, service requests, and incident reports for compliance

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network fundamentals
