Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's computer network, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and business applications.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine checks to ensure business continuity and data security.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking equipment, licenses, and consumables.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure data backup procedures are executed correctly and assist with disaster recovery planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN) and general troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a distinct advantage.
