Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to university faculty, staff, and students
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system malfunctions
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups
- Document technical procedures and maintain an inventory of IT assets
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic security practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service oriented with patience and professionalism
