Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing daily IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and software deployment.
- Lead, mentor, and coach technical staff to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security best practices, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard company data.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and execute technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Monitor network performance, system health, and security logs to proactively resolve bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ISPs, and service providers to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance metrics, budget utilization, and upcoming hardware/software requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of network administration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise-level cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under technical pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
