Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, maintenance scheduling, and disposal
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document IT processes and create user documentation
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Assist in software updates, patches, and system backups
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
