- Inspect IT equipment for defects and functionality issues
- Prepare detailed technical reports on inspection findings
- Coordinate packing and logistics for defective item returns
- Assist in IT asset inventory management and tracking
- Support basic troubleshooting for end-user IT issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and service requests
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical problems
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with IT asset management systems
- Ability to lift and handle IT equipment (up to 15kg)
