Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless business operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, emails, and access controls.
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and conduct routine checks to ensure all security cameras are operational.
- Manage and archive video recordings, preparing reports as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and CCTV maintenance.
- Conduct regular system backups and maintain IT asset inventory.
- Assist in the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support and/or CCTV operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and security systems.
- Familiarity with CCTV software, DVR/NVR systems, and camera maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and in shifting schedules if necessary.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCTV certification) are an advantage.
