Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical assistance and information to users facing issues with products and services
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Document and track user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to address complex technical problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
