In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational technology, providing essential on-site support across various branches in your assigned area. You will ensure that our systems are running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and supporting our mission of 'We Like to Move It'. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across various branch locations.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of workstations, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and proprietary software applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for branch-level IT escalations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Manage the deployment of network equipment, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Collaborate with the central IT department to implement system updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on new software tools and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or field IT operations.
- Strong background in hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS, and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Proven ability to work independently and travel frequently to various locations within the assigned region.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and provide support during peak operational hours.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical system issues.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or courier-industry software is a significant advantage.
