Are you an experienced IT Audit professional looking to lead high-impact engagements within a leading conglomerate? Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is seeking a dedicated IT Audit Assistant Manager to join our Head Office team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in planning and executing comprehensive IT audit engagements, focusing on IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and critical cybersecurity assessments.
Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening the internal control environment across our diverse agribusiness and food operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements for Head Office, specifically focusing on IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).
- Conduct thorough cybersecurity audits to assess risks and ensure the integrity of IT systems and data protection measures.
- Perform risk assessments and control evaluations to identify gaps in the organization's IT infrastructure and security posture.
- Prepare detailed audit work programs, test procedures, and comprehensive audit reports for management review.
- Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance frameworks (such as COBIT), and relevant external regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to provide insights on process improvements and control enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CISM is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITGC, ITAC, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to senior management.
- Proficiency in using audit management software and SQL is a plus.
