Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure sector (Server, Storage, Networking).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and nurturing leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct professional presentations and technical consultations to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and present comprehensive IT infrastructure proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to achieve win-win agreements for TRT and our clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT hardware or managed services sector.
  • Strong understanding of server architecture, data storage solutions, and enterprise networking hardware.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and IT Managers.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
