In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of our company, positioning TRT as the premier partner for organizations seeking robust server, storage, and networking solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical requirements into value-driven business propositions. If you are a hunter by nature with a consultative sales approach and a deep understanding of the IT hardware ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the IT enterprise sector.
- Identify and qualify new B2B leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, IT managers, and CTOs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals highlighting our server, storage, and networking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales cycles effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to leadership to influence business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales, specifically focusing on server, storage, or networking infrastructure.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong existing professional network within the regional IT industry is highly preferred.
