Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and configure BSS modules (Billing, CRM, Order Management) to ensure optimal system performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system logs and configurations to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration errors or anomalies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement new network features and service offerings.
- Conduct regular audits and validation of configuration settings to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff regarding BSS processes and system updates.
- Document all configuration changes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BSS configuration, preferably within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Strong knowledge of network billing systems, CRM platforms, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
