Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and support critical business systems including CRM, HRIS, finance tools, and donor management platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective resolutions for system users
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop documentation including process flows, user manuals, and system configuration guides
- Conduct system testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and business analysis roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and donor management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and system implementation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
