Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and business analysis roles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and donor management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and system implementation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
