Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired functionality
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to align on project objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of mobility solutions and transportation systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
