- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and define system requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements and document them in user stories.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and functional specifications.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the development team to ensure clear communication.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
