Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements and system functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise technical documents and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Facilitate effective communication between business units and IT departments to ensure project alignment.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, validation, and support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed IT solutions to ensure continued business value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within an IT or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in creating documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user process flowcharts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or other project management software.
