Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Facilitate solution design sessions and validate technical feasibility against business needs
- Develop test scenarios and participate in UAT to ensure solution quality and alignment
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Document business processes, system requirements, and change requests using industry-standard tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or similar role within IT environments
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, process modeling)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex business concepts
- Experience with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis fundamentals
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
