- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product features and functionalities
- Identify bank systems and variables that can aid or hinder product development
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and existing IT systems
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of banking systems and financial processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools
