Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Design and document business process models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture using standard modeling tools.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current business processes with desired future states and recommend improvements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to management.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business units and the IT development team to ensure smooth communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or ERD tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database management is a plus.
