Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, printer malfunctions, and software conflicts for end-users.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software licenses.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new hires.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement and improve internal IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular system updates and perform basic security checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply; relevant internships or academic projects will be considered.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including file management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and basic router configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and logically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
