Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide expert technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, printer malfunctions, and software conflicts for end-users.
  • Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software licenses.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new hires.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement and improve internal IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Conduct regular system updates and perform basic security checks to ensure compliance with company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply; relevant internships or academic projects will be considered.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, including file management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and basic router configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and logically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
