Home Credit is looking for a talented Senior System Analyst (Platform Services) to join our innovative team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering to define clear system specifications for Platform Services.
- Design and document system architecture, data models, and interface requirements to support core business functions effectively.
- Collaborate with software development teams to translate analytical findings into accurate technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
- Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs to recommend strategic improvements and enhancements.
- Lead efforts to maintain and enhance existing core system modules to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Participate actively in the testing and quality assurance (QA) process to validate system functionality and ensure user acceptance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in analyzing and improving core platform services or financial systems is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, PowerDesigner).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
