Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify areas for system improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and system documentation to guide development cycles.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform gap analysis to support decision-making for new IT initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and manage project expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined business objectives.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) teams by providing functional insights during the testing and UAT phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, Visio).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in SQL or data visualization tools is considered a strong advantage.
