We seek a detail-oriented professional to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. You'll lead documentation processes, creating comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), test scripts, user manuals, and training materials that ensure seamless system implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, validate solutions against business needs, and deliver projects that exceed stakeholder expectations.
This role demands analytical prowess and communication excellence to facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and translate technical specifications into business-friendly documentation. You'll be instrumental in ensuring digital initiatives align with organizational goals while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate technical specifications into business-friendly documentation for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Validate system functionality against requirements through rigorous testing protocols
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation standards
- Proficiency in BRD creation, test script development, and user manual authoring
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
