Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business processes and system requirements for banking applications.
- Bridge the communication gap between business stakeholders and technical backend development teams.
- Design scalable backend system architectures that align with global banking regulatory and security standards.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for software development teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system workflows, data models, and API integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant business field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or FinTech domain.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API designs, and database management.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
- Proficiency in modeling tools and project management software (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and financial data standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
