As an IT Business Analyst within our BPO Telco division, you will be the critical link between our technical teams and business stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams to define project scope and requirements.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions and document functional and non-functional specifications.
- Analyze existing telco BPO processes to identify gaps and opportunities for technical improvement or automation.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder sign-off processes.
- Manage project documentation, including requirement traceability matrices and system design specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a BPO or Telecommunications environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools, process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and project management platforms like Jira or Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
