Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst looking to make an impact within the banking sector? The GMP Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the West Region on a contract basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that complex banking projects are delivered with precision and efficiency.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with both local business stakeholders and offshore IT development teams to translate high-level goals into actionable technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for offshore development teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and process bottlenecks within the software development lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by designing test scenarios and coordinating with business users.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of functional documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Proven experience working with offshore development and cross-cultural teams.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
