Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OSS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering) to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Utilize ITIL best practices to manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and test plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support during the transition phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecommunications or OSS domain.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar project management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using requirement gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
