Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within insurance and healthcare workflows.
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive team efficiency.
- Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure delivered solutions meet business and technical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong domain knowledge in Insurance or Healthcare is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and data analysis tools.
