Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate team performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports with data-driven recommendations to management
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies
- Document requirements, workflows, and system specifications using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements and technology solutions
- Monitor project outcomes against KPIs and provide performance feedback
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and business models
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and methodologies (Agile, BPMN)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is advantageous
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
