Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with big data environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database structures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in cross-functional project collaboration and stakeholder management
- Certification in data analytics or big data technologies is highly desirable
