Dynamic Human Capital is seeking a results-driven IT Business Development Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the System Integration (SI) and managed services sector. This is a high-visibility role designed for an ambitious closer who thrives in competitive markets and values substantial earning potential.

As an integral part of our sales division, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing complex IT solutions deals. You will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them solve their digital infrastructure challenges through our robust SI capabilities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through aggressive lead generation, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT Directors, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct professional presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to highlight the value of our SI and managed service offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial cold calling and prospecting to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management on pipeline health and market trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, specifically within System Integration, Cloud Services, or Managed IT Infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Highly self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales automation tools.
  • Ability to travel locally within Singapore to meet with prospective and existing clients.
