Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between internal business departments and global IT service delivery teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal IT governance frameworks to ensure service reliability and compliance.
- Drive and oversee the execution of global IT initiatives and digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with Service Desk management to optimize incident resolution processes and improve end-user satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and data-driven performance reporting.
- Champion organizational change management initiatives related to new software and infrastructure deployments.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to increase IT operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT Business Partnering, IT Relationship Management, or Senior Project Management role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Service Management best practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale global projects within a multinational corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing IT metrics and presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL v4 is highly desirable.
