Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from ideation to implementation.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of technology solutions and optimal resource allocation.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions, data analytics tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ensure IT solutions comply with corporate governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, IT Management, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and modern cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
