Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic advisor to business units, translating their needs into IT solutions that drive growth and efficiency
- Manage and optimize IT service delivery processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Lead the implementation of IT service management frameworks and best practices
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team
- Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects that align with business objectives
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, operations, or business analysis
- Proven track record of successfully implementing IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
