You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting our internal business applications and software systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct system analysis to identify business needs and propose technical solutions.
- Maintain and support daily operations of ERP systems and internal software.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of hardware and software issues.
- Create and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users regarding new system implementations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in IT support, business analysis, or system administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
