We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant IT/CCTV Operator to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, and thousands of daily visitors. In this full-time role, you will act as the eyes and ears of our operations, utilizing advanced surveillance technology to monitor activities and maintaining strict access control protocols. Your primary responsibility will be the continuous monitoring of CCTV feeds and access control systems, identifying potential risks, and responding swiftly to alarms or incidents. You will also serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing clear directions and assistance, thereby blending technical monitoring with high-quality customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to detect and deter security breaches, suspicious activities, or unauthorized access.
- Manage access control points, verifying identification badges and credentials for employees and visitors entering the premises.
- Respond promptly to security alarms, fire systems, and emergency situations in accordance with established safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily logs of all security activities, incidents, access records, and patrol reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting mall visitors with directions, inquiries, and emergency assistance.
- Conduct regular rounds and patrols of assigned areas to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility irregularities.
- Collaborate with security management and local law enforcement to coordinate response efforts during critical events or incidents.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Security Management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a CCTV Operator, Security Guard, or in a similar security role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV equipment, access control systems, and emergency communication tools.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm, focused, and alert under pressure during emergencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required by the role.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
