Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or operations
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous
