Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and maintain internal software applications and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices across the office and store levels.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of SQL databases to ensure data integrity.
- Document system changes, code snippets, and create comprehensive user training manuals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical glitches in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement system upgrades, security patches, and new hardware rollouts.
- Prepare regular reports on system status, maintenance activities, and technical project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related technical field.
- Proficiency in at least one core programming language such as C#, Java, PHP, or Python.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and relational database management systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both software bugs and hardware issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and user support.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Pasay City headquarters.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
