Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality coding lessons tailored to students from primary to high school age groups.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Guide students through project-based learning, focusing on game development, web design, and computational thinking.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate regularly with parents regarding development.
- Maintain and prepare teaching materials, including lesson plans and software configurations.
- Participate in team meetings to share pedagogical improvements and curriculum updates.
- Ensure that all students feel supported in their coding journey, regardless of their starting skill level.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for teaching children and adolescents with a high level of patience and creativity.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
- Background in Education, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Capable of managing classroom dynamics and keeping students motivated.
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is a strong advantage.
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable to new educational technologies.
