Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and high-quality coding lessons to students (Primary to High School levels).
- Create a fun, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that fosters creativity.
- Follow and adapt our established coding curriculum to meet the unique learning needs of students.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate updates to parents.
- Organize and facilitate interactive workshops, demo days, or extracurricular coding events.
- Maintain classroom technology and ensure all software tools are prepared for lessons.
- Collaborate with the Koding Next team to continuously improve teaching materials and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Passionate about teaching and working with children and teenagers.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and highly organized with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
