We believe that coding is the literacy of the future, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who can translate complex concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students ranging from primary to high school levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality coding lessons to students (Primary to High School) using our established curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in curriculum development and stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and programming languages.
- Organize and facilitate student coding workshops, projects, and showcase events.
- Mentor students through creative coding projects, ensuring they meet learning objectives.
- Maintain classroom resources, software tools, and hardware required for daily lessons.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a STEM or coding-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or Web Development basics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Passionate about working with children and adolescents and fostering a positive learning culture.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learning paces and age groups.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a team.
