- Design and implement engaging coding curriculum for primary to high school students
- Teach fundamental programming concepts using age-appropriate tools (Scratch, Python, JavaScript)
- Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback for skill development
- Create interactive learning activities to foster computational thinking
- Collaborate with teaching team to refine curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Organize coding workshops and extracurricular tech events
- Maintain student progress documentation and parent communication
- Stay current with educational technology trends and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in STEM or coding education
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or visual coding platforms
- Certification in education or pedagogy preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities
- Passion for working with children and teenagers
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans for diverse age groups
