Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive coding classes to students from primary through high school levels.
- Instruct students on diverse topics including visual programming (Scratch), web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), Python, and game development (Roblox/Minecraft).
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance on projects.
- Maintain an inspiring, safe, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and curriculum milestones.
- Participate in ongoing curriculum development, training sessions, and school events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field of study.
- Solid foundational knowledge in programming concepts and languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Scratch, HTML).
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with children and young adults.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and adaptable personality.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a strong plus, but passionate fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
