Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging coding lessons using age-appropriate methodologies for primary to high school students
- Design and implement project-based learning activities aligned with coding curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Develop supplementary teaching materials and resources to support diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with teaching team to refine curriculum and pedagogical approaches
- Organize and participate in extracurricular tech workshops and coding competitions
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and experimentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related technical field
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience with demonstrated ability to engage young learners
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or Scratch preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Creative mindset with experience designing interactive learning activities
