Sea Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Collaboration Platforms Engineer to join our global technology team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the backbone of our communication ecosystem, driving large-scale migrations and optimizing our collaboration tenants to support our rapidly growing workforce.
You will be responsible for orchestrating complex user migrations across identity providers and collaboration platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability while managing downstream impacts on integrated business systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and execute large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations across collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Manage and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows to ensure secure user provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Analyze and mitigate downstream impacts of configuration changes on integrated enterprise applications.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of platform-specific connectivity and synchronization issues.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline platform administration and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to uphold compliance and data governance standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex collaboration issues that escalate from regional support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, focusing on collaboration platforms and identity management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and identity providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta).
- Strong understanding of DNS, SMTP, and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for system automation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-grade cloud migration or integration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
